How Repairs by Post Works
Step 1: Package & Send
Securely package your watch in a padded envelope or box. Include a note with your contact details and a brief description of the issue. Send it to our workshop via a tracked postal service.

- We recommend bubble wrap or a watch box for protection.
Step 2: Free Estimate
Once we receive your watch, our expert watchmakers will inspect it and provide a detailed estimate at no cost. We’ll contact you with a guide price and expected timeline.

Step 3: Repair & Return
